Guidelines for Deleting UpStudy Accounts and Related Data

If you confirm that you no longer wish to use your UpStudy account, you can delete it as follows:

(1). Sign in to the account you want to delete on the Upstudy app.

(2). Find the 'Delete My Account' button in the Upstudy app via: settings-profile-delete my account.

Most of the personal information associated with your account will be deleted along with your account, but we will retain some information that cannot be used to identify you for data analysis.

Specifically, we will delete all of your personal data except for your usage data, which is used to improve our service and can't be used to identify you. Additionally, you can learn more about what information is specifically deleted in our Privacy Policy.
